This piece incorporates the Haida style I grew up seeing, living on Coast Salish land & my Dene heritage by incorporating beading designs.

Wenonah is a beautiful Blackfoot woman I met at a demonstration for Wet’suwet’en land protectors. She graciously let me photograph her to use as a model for this painting.
