Yes. If you are unhappy with your order, or it arrives damaged, please email me at breannadeis@gmail.com to request an exchange or refund. Cancellations are also accepted before your order is shipped, contact me ASAP to cancel your order.

Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. I will send photos of the finished product before shipping to ensure you are happy with your order. 

Art by Breanna Deis ships within Canada and the USA. Orders sent to USA may be subject to US duties and taxes.

All products, unless otherwise stated, are made to order with a 1-2 week lead time. Shipping and handling is not included in the lead time, but typically only take 1-2 business days. All orders are mailed via Canada Post.

Generally, yes! Please email me before purchase at breannadeis@gmail.com with the item you would like to order, the preferred date and shipping location. I will try my best to accommodate the request. 

Requests cannot be accommodated after the order has been placed.

Yes! Supporting Indigenous artists is cultural appreciation and not appropriation. My jewellery and accessories are not considered regalia, so anyone can wear them :)

10% of proceeds go to BIPOC charities across Turtle Island (so called North America). 

In 2020, I have donated a total of $1100 to the Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund, Sipekne’katik Moderate Livelihood Fisheries, Black Lives Matter Vancouver, Iglulik Food Bank Fire Relief, Native Women's Association of Canada and Legacy of Hope Foundation.

Yes! If you have any special requests such as different earring mechanisms (hooks, studs, fingernails posts, clip-on, etc) or different colours, etc. please leave a note in cart/checkout. 

For more substantial changes to designs, please email me first at breannadeis@gmail.com. This is to ensure I have the supplies needed, if I do not, I will happily source the supplies needed, but this may result in a small surcharge (typically $5-20) and additional processing time.   

Yes! Beading is such a beautiful and meaningful art form, and I love to pass any knowledge I have on to others.
